Made-to-order Plastic Lumber Pallets can be designed and priced based on the number of boards and stringers needed. The boards are extruded from recycled HDPE and assembled with screws. Pallets can be designed for 4-way or 2-way entry. Load capacity is dependent upon the pallet design selected. No Tooling or Mold Charges apply. These products provide for custom material handling needs at manufacturer pricing. We can make a custom pallet up to six feet in length, with and any size or configuration within that number.

We have been assembling these pallets at our Park Forest facility but will soon move production and assembly to our Terre Haute plant. Samples of component stringers and top boards are pictured below.
