RPM TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A NEW LINE OF PLASTIC ROOFING TILE PRODUCTS

RPM Technologies, Inc. (OTC-RPMM), a leading manufacturer and marketer of environmentally friendly plastic pallets and related material handling products, announces the completion of an arrangement to acquire the patents for a series of plastic roofing tiles. The styles will feature Spanish, slate and shake styles in a variety of colors.

RPM will manufacture these tiles from recycled plastic resin, which is compatible with our existing product manufacturing. The tiles, which will be offered to distributors and builders, already have a strong market in the South and Southeast.

RPM roofing tile products are believed to be superior because they are attractive, easy to install and offer extreme fire and flame resistance. Tests have proven that the tiles have superior impact resistance with unusual durability. They are light weight, which eliminates extra structural engineering costs, and capture the beauty of hand selected originals. RPM will offer a 50-year guarantee on all of its roofing tiles.
